(new devel release wouldn't hurt that much either ... no matter
if there has not been many updates, we could simply say like
'1.3.3 is almost like 1.3.2, no need to upgrade unless...)

Maybe just release 1.3.2 as 1.4.0, perhaps with some little patches..
(is there?)
This way more probably we would get rid of 1.2.x based problems
on lists.

New releases would also be a good sign to show that the project is alive
and kicking.
