Some of the IP belongs to FirmWorks, and that is being opening up too (I
am speaking as the President and founder of FirmWorks).
We shall see whether it really is possible to make money with Open
Source, or whether the few companies doing it are the exception instead
of the rule.

It's Sun's IP, and Sun is opening it up completely.
