However, you *can* PR your own definition of gosetup to the Fedora go
macros package if you absolutely want it to exist. I will be happy to
support the PR so this macro has a maintainer in Fedora.

I'm not the Fedora maintainer of this package (even though, at this
point, I wrote most of it in line numbers). But I will be happy to
support your request.
