Instead you can manually tag a build built for dist-f14-updates-candidate
also for dist-f15, for example:

$ koji tag-pkg dist-f15 systemd-7-2.fc14
With this systemd-7-2.fc14 will have dist-f14-updates-candidate and
dist-f15 tags (currently dist-f15 tag is not locked).
