bash behaviour has changed [1] over time --- /bin/sh is fixed
in behaviour

It is pretty clear that feaping creaturitis is in play with
the bash developer -- an addition (recently) of an inbuilt
'seq' primitive was a surprise to me; lots of 'undocumented'
behaviours discussed, and some 'promoted' to being documented.
May one rely on undocumented behaviours?
