Several things. One, didn't we kill the release notes package recently? Are release notes even being written now, or do you have to go and check the wiki for the list of Changes? Two, considering the implications of this Change, it's not something that makes sense to force on users who already have Fedora installed and running, in my opinion. Even as mentioned in the Change proposal, there are drawbacks, which users will not be informed of unless they read this mailing list. -- John M.
