This is another step trying to make Fedora end-user friendly while the only
effect is making it hostile to developers. As Fedora will never be used by

As a developer, I don't disable any of those.
Bash's own built-in completion causes me more issues than
bash-completion does, try 'ls $HOME/<TAB>' without the direxpand
option set, and tell me what on earth that is for.
Apart from sshd settings (which can now be set in
/etc/ssh/ssh_config.d - hoorah!) the only thing I absolutely insist on
changing on a new Fedora install is to disable abrt. No, I don't want
to report it to bugzilla every time a unit test or quick hacked
together piece of code terminates abnormally.
Anyway, I find it hard to believe that serious developers are
unable/unwilling to set their own choice of EDITOR. A systemwide
default EDITOR=nano shouldn't cause them any real difficulty.
