No, that was the old "info ld" that said that.  The -g flag isn't even
mentioned in the new binutils info page.  But it is necessary.  If I
add -g to the "as" invocation, then dwarfdump is suddenly happy.

Richard, it looks like we have to make sure the ocaml toolchain passes
-g to as now.
