Maybe spend two more letters and write "Proposal" instead of "Change"? "F37 Proposal: Frob the job knob (System-Wide Change proposal)" Once you write "proposal", the word "change" becomes rather redundant. What proposal doesn't propose any kind of change? If somebody doesn't want to change anything, they won't write a proposal. Björn Persson
