After reading through this list multiple times, I am having trouble
understanding if there is anything that needs to be done in my case.

This list flags the package I maintain, combozola:
> cambozola (maintained by: kni)
> cambozola-0.936-20.fc38.noarch requires jpackage-utils

> cambozola-javadoc-0.936-20.fc38.noarch requires jpackage-utils

jpackage-utils is provided by javapackages-tools:

javapackages-tools is flagged on this list due to an issue with
xmvn-connector-ivy:
>javapackages-tools
> xmvn-connector-ivy (maintained by: mizdebsk)
> xmvn-connector-ivy-4.0.0~20210707.d300ce6-3.fc36.noarch
> requires

However, xmvn-connector-ivy mock builds in rawhide just fine.

This is where I get stuck.
What is the issue here and what can I do about it?
