It would be good to retire the Wiki page and use only the one from

Phosh is not an official spin (at least yet) but
fedora-kiwi-descriptions already include [1] some descriptions for
it. We at Mobility SIG aim to get it into state that we could
official spins status (at some point) so should we already have
maintainer(s) for it in the maintainers.toml?

Back when I originally ported the spin definitions, Phosh was still
actively produced, which is why the phosh team deliverable definition
exists[1].
I would absolutely recommend you submit a maintainer stanza for it.
