Phosh is not an official spin (at least yet) but
fedora-kiwi-descriptions already include [1] some descriptions for it.
We at Mobility SIG aim to get it into state that we could official
spins status (at some point) so should we already have maintainer(s)
for it in the maintainers.toml?
