stubble was already packaged before the decision to switch to
systemd-stub was made. So for now I'm simply using the already
packaged json files from the stubble package.

Once these land in systemd-upstream and then trickle down to
Fedora's systemd package I'll happily mark stubble as a dead-package
and switch to systemd as source for these.
