Yes, definitely! But the problem is that getting it right is hard, and
requires closer cooperation with upstream infrastructure than we currently
have. (In particular, we'd like the bug to show up as reported by the
original reporter in Fedora and/or with that original reporter CCed, without
them having to register for an upstream account first.)
