Samsung ARM Chromebook runs with 3.4 or 3.8 kernel from ChromeOS just fine without any binary blobs other than wifi firmware. If you want OpenGL ES then you have to grab drivers from ChromeOS (for 3.4) or from ARM (for 3.8).
