Are we saying that the issue should be fixed in Xen and not libvirt?
As i understand it; Isn't the problem in libvirt here:
``` if (dev->address.bus == 0) { ``` ?
Expects single bus device : `/sys/devices/pci0000:0` ?
Doesn't consider a multiple bus scenario like in Arrow Lake? (0000:00 &
0000:80)
Could libvirt lookup (several) available `/sys/devices/pciXXXX:YY` in a multi
bus scenario?
