Hi Milan, I'm in the process of merging everything back to trunk before integrating all pending patches -- see svn activity.
I still have not forgotten about the patch list, but delaying it a bit wrt my TODO list so we can provide a new openchange release with working server and libmapi updates. Kind Regards, Julien.
