The current official supported hardware is the one from the Jolla device.

There are also some not official supported ports to the Nexus 4, Galaxy S3, Nexus 7 and some other devices. Especially the Nexus 4 and the Galaxy S3 chipsets, Exynos 4412, is a chipset which will be under the first who will supported, the rumors in #sailfishos said.

Just wait some days, when Jolla publishes the next Sailfish update. I think they will also publish some new information about the plans which hardware will be developed and so on. ;-)
