Hi all,

I've recently done a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04 and thought I'd give the MAPI plugin for Evolution another whirl.

After downloading the rpm files from Fedora 9 and converting them to deb with alien (no, I don't have a publicly accessible server to put them on, sorry!), they all installed successfully.

I followed the instructions at http://www.go-evolution.org/MAPI_FAQ (very helpful, btw, I couldn't remember the exports!) Evolution started and the plugin stayed enabled across restarts, woot!

Once I configured Evolution and the plugin was staying enabled, I went ahead and tried to configure my account - also all good.

When I try to check mail, I get the following errors:
$ evolution

listener is constructed
evolution-shell-Message: Killing old version of evolution-data-server...
libnm_glib_nm_state_cb: dbus returned an error.

Now I currently have an IMAP store on the Exchange server, and use both Outlook and Thunderbird to talk to the server via IMAP - will I have to have my mailbox converted to an honest to god Exchange store instead of this funny IMAP version before I can use this plugin?

Thanks,
