Hmm, there was only one profile configured, I assume it was set as the
default profile.
(Note: after installing the three packages, I had to create a symlink in
/opt/samba4/lib, libmapi.so.0 -> libmapi.s.0.7, otherwise the Exchange
MAPI plugin would not load when starting Evolution.)
Can you do a mapiprofile --database=~/.evolution/mapi-profile.ldb --list
I would but the following happened:
/opt/samba4$ /opt/samba4/bin/mapiprofile

( delete the account from edit->preferences->mail accounts. and
re-create them , after you get the information :) )
Since I didn't have any configuration information to retrieve out of
Exchange, I've deleted the .evolution directory from my home and tried
to recreate my account. Contrary to previous attempts, account creation
worked this time, yay!
Now when I start Evolution, I get the password prompt for my Exchange
password, I put in the password (yes, the correct one :p) and Evolution
just keeps bringing up the password prompt with the following messages
on the console:
$ evolution

So that is encouraging, the last time I tried the plugin I didn't get
this far :) Does anyone have any suggestions where to go to from here?
