Patches are not allowed in the RSB repo. If the patch has been sent to
gcc-patches it can be referenced from a mail archive. Failing that we
can add the patch to the rtems-tools repo and pull it in from there.
I checked in the patch to GCC trunk and GCC 6 branch. We should pick up
the next GCC 6 snapshot for RTEMS 4.12.
