Nedit coredumps when shift-pasting (cut from source, insert in nedit) from
some sources.

How to reproduce:
1: Select text in Firefox
2: Click shift-middle-button

= coredump.

Stack backtraces (not very helpful):

It does not happen when the selection is in kmail, xterm, konqueror or nedit
help window.

It happens with the official version:

NEdit 5.5
Sep 30, 2004

Built on: Linux, 386, GNU C
     Built at: Oct 1 2004, 15:55:40
   With Motif: 2.1.30 [@(#)Motif Version 2.1.30]
Running Motif: 2.1 [unknown]
       Server: The X.Org Foundation 70200000
Visual: 24-bit TrueColor (ID 0x21, Default)
       Locale: C

It also happens with recent CVS tarballs on both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Sorry for reporting the bug directly on the mailinglist but I cannot figure
out how to report it on sourceforge.
