http://cake.ukcod.org.uk/~matthew/demclub/svg-id-to-name is just the
table from the Wikipedia SVG page mapping ID numbers to names; it reads
in the RSS feed constituency names and adds a class to those entries in
the SVG which is the same as the Wikipedia SVG except for all party
colours altered to white and an extra "none" class added in grey.

Here's an SVG of the country (from the Wikipedia SVG map) showing the

Someone could superimpose that on an OpenStreetMap or whatever somehow, then
that might be a bit easier to locate places containing people you know.
