You're doing great work here, and I do agree it is time to send a
first mail to the 602 volunteers so far asking them to help fill in
the blanks.

I do think that overlaying Matthew's SVG on some sort of normal map
will be a powerful tool for helping people think up new friends to
invite. If you can manage that you'll have a brilliant link to email
out which I'm pretty sure will get people fired up.

Off topic, I've also thought of another possible task you can ask the
volunteers a bit further down the line - you could encourage people to
collect CC licensed photos of the candidates, not just for mySociety
and TheStraightChoice, but for everyone interested in the election.
