*I* have a view, which is that the trading funds should have their
legal status changed as part of the PDC creation process, and that
short-term profits for the exchequer should be deleted as their
primary reason for existing. I also think that once they've been given
a better mission, they should be independently regulated.

mySociety can only take positions if the trustees (of whom I'm not
one) agree, and if doing so is within charities law. But we should
certainly talk about it, yes.
