If I download the MapIt code, change it and then run a new web service
from those changes, I know that I have to make the changes available
under the same licence to anyone who asks.
However, if I just query MapIt (either MySociety's hosted version or my
own instance), do I need to make the application running the query
available under the AGPL as well? I'm not directly using the code - I
don't even care what the code is so long as I get the response I expect
- so I'd expect the answer to be no, but I'm not 100% sure.
