no, but the T&Cs on use of the API are non-commercial use. See the
API front of
http://mapit.mysociety.org/

if you want to use it for commercial purposes, you buy matthew
chocolate^W^W^W offer mysociety some money.

If I was using it for commercial purposes I'd probably run my own instance, given that then I can control the version used and keep it physically closer to the machines querying it. :)
