Some councils offer this facility on their own websites, for example
Manchester City Council will let you type in your postcode and show you:
http://www.manchester.gov.uk/info/500221/local_election_2011
Although you can only find your ward and polling station by postcode,
you have to look up your candidates on a separate list.
The one thing I would like to see if anyone is designing a generic 'ward
and candidate finder' is to plot the addresses of candidates to see
which of them actually live in the area they're standing for election in
(only one of mine does).
