Hello fellow transport data addicts, A couple of days back I was told that the Office of Rail Regulation is running a consultation about changing train operator licenses so that they have some new, tougher duties about provision of rail information.
They're not *really* talking about open data, but I was told that those of us who want to see more data out of the rail industry should not let this opportunity slip. I've bashed out a short letter on behalf of mySociety (FixMyTransport will only get better for more transport data), but I'd just like to encourage those of you who care to do the same.
