It's hard to tell if that PlaceFinder's T&Cs come under the Yahoo Maps ones or not.
The maps ones say: YOU SHALL NOT: (ix) use the stand-alone geocoder for any use other than displaying Yahoo! Maps or displaying points on Yahoo!
