I guess it depends how you bundle. Any distribution out there has code with all kind of licenses. If you are planning to copy the fence-agents code inside your project, then yes it might be a problem because you are mixing code with different licenses, but if by bundle you mean distribution, as long as fence-agents is in its own package or in its own source-code, then there should be no issue.
