Installation with Tomcat/Apache

Hello,

I'm a newbie and want to know how to install MMBase. I use Tomcat and Apache with Windows 2000.
I've apache and tomcat running, I also use Novell Portal Services 1.5 and that works fine.
I've copied all files to the ROOT directory of Tomcat.
When I try to acces index.jsp I get the following message:

Error: 500
Location: /index.jsp
Internal Servlet Error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/tools/javac/Main
at org.apache.jasper etc. (Unknown Sourc)

Any help would be appreciated!
