Hello members of the developers and users mailing list. The MMBase Foundation has been (and is) working hard to build a new website. In conversations with the MMC and others, we realised that coordination between the different communities is necessary to build and maintain transparent and user friendly MMBase sites.
Therefore we would really appreciate the input and help of some developers, designers and partners. Some of the challenging issues involved are: -Creating a flexible and user friendly website -Branding the site, with respect for the different areas and communities. -Avoiding redundancy of information -Anticipating on future growth -Lending a hand building and designing -Reviewing our (my) English Start: as soon as possible. Frequency: +/- meeting every two weeks for the next 3 month. The MMC and The Foundation think it would be great to have a permanent watchdog for the MMBase-site. So after building the site(s), we�ll see if it �s possible to install a workgroup dealing with future issues. If you�re interested, please contact me as soon as possible.
