I will add the Dummy class to CVS Head and version 1.6.3.
As a workaround for a bug, or as an Hack?
As a bug fix. It would, however, also be useful for other situations (a 'minimal' system could always fall back on the dummy class).
Btw. the classdescription needs some changes before adding it to cvs:
