[Site] MMWeekend, the creation of the developers portal.

Hi folks,

I will give you an update in regard to the MMBase portals that are being 
build.
Some information about the new portals can be found at 
http://mmatch.xs4all.nl:8006. Take a look in the section Designs, to get 
an idea of the looks and navigation of the new portals. Yesterday during 
the meeting i was a bit surprised that most of the functionality still 
has to be build, but during the weekend we can focus on the developers 
portal and we will have a blueprint how to integrate the developers 
portal with the foundation portal and the main portal. At this moment 
there are not really plans for  implementation of the design portal.

To be able to structure the creation of the developers portal, we will 
create an MMBase project on the mmbase web site.

I already received a lot of e-mail of people that want to volunteer this 
weekend, and those e-mail indicated me that the weekend of 6/7 september 
is the most appropriate weekend to organize this event. If you didn't 
sent me an email yet, but you want to volunteer this weekend, please 
sent me an email (you can also volunteer one day). At the MMBase web 
site i will add information about what has to be done, and for which 
specific knowledge we are still searching persons.

If you have questions in regard to this weekend, i am willing to answer 
them.
