next tuesday i will have a new meeting in regard to the new MMBase web sites. I am really curious about the status of the new sites. As far as i know people have been working on the main portal, and the foundation portal, and until now no efforts have been taken for the developers portal. But i will give more information about this next week.
To speedup the process of creating the developers portal i was thinking about organizing a weekend in which we can work on building the developers portal. The VPRO is already willing to arranged the hosting for a weekend, and they are willing to sponsor the event (which will include a BBQ!). But more important, some people on irc were directly enthusiastic about joining the team. And without the effort of those people no site can be made.
To be able to arrange the weekend i have to know two things: - Who wants to help (you can also help one day/or help remotely). - And when are you able to help ?
I was thinking about one of the following weekends: 2/3 August 9/10 August 16/17 August 23/24 August 6/7 September 13/14 September 20/21 September 4/5 September
