I agree and time has proven that not all commitors have the right skills or time I was thinking that people like RvM or Michiel should act as "code revieuwers". It's all about bringing good ideas and good code together. So I think we need bad programmers with good ideas and good programmers with time, and lots of users to give feedback :)
