The onyl solution I currently see (to keep it working in SCAN) is to make xmlimporter dependent on SCAN.
Ok, done this. The xmlimporter now depends on the scan application.
People using the xmlimporter can now at least take some time to port it (if needed).
The SCAN source has been moved. I'll be testing this version, but I can't vouch I will find all remaining issues - so I strongly suggest people to test this on their system, and report any bugs.
