Not necessarily. The same functionality is present e.g. in mm:include
implemenation. Of course, when this class available, the mm:include
implemenation can be simplified, and then it will not only be used for
resources any more.

I think correctness and sufficient discrimination are more important than 
shortness. If
those cannot be achieved with a short name, a long name must be used. The
functionality of the class under concern is quite specific and precisely
defined, so I would not mind a long name for it, and we should not change it
to 'ResourceWriter' only because that is shorter.
