Hi Ovidiu On the same window (development-trace) you have a check-box for storing the data in table which can be later viewed from admin-inquiries-Database – sql statements trace log.
However, this tool is mostly useful for 1. Checking out the query plan quickly 2. Look for some obvious problems like missing indexes. I would recommend looking at TraceParser (as mentioned by Max) which is much more advanced.
