[development-axapta] AIF value mapping...

I sent a question about how I supposed the value mapping between item
id and external item id should work.
The file contained the external item id and i put the value in the
external item id-node.
The correct way was of course to put the ext. item value in the item
id-node in the xml-file.
I did a quick glance in axsalesline.parmitemid method, and suddenly
someone turned on the light.
