Instructions on how to review are at http://drupal.org/node/894256 If you think a project application is ready, mark it RTBC (making it obvious you've reviewed it) The needs-review issues are at: http://drupal.org/project/issues/projectapplications?status=8 Help out and make Drupal a friendlier place for these people who want to contribute.
