This might not be necessary if the only thing we need is a git mirror. (I
have no problem with moving to git, but don't want us to get stuck on a

We just raise a JIRA INFRA issue (component: Git) if we need a mirror of
the existing SVN.

Yup ... do a search for "cordova" for example on
https://github.com/apache– no problem to have lots of repositories.
In our case, this might be "create SVN repo" rather than git repo.
