Hi Andrew,

Based on your input and Bertrand's I decided to do the following:

   1. create a subfolder in
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/devicemap/trunk/ named
   browsermap; I wouldn't like to change the name of the module due to the
   fact that the library is already included in some publicly released
   software [1] and I saw that people started talking about it;

   2. file an INFRA issue to have a public github mirror based on the
   browsermap subfolder - we won't have to change anything in BrowserMap's
   code regarding TravisCI's config; in the same INFRA issue I'll also ask for
   the TravisCI hook to be activated.

Of course, both of these self-assumed-tasks cannot be completed until I
actually migrate the code to the SVN repo. I expect to have this ready by
the end of this week - I just have to add the ASF headers in all the
appropriate files.

Thanks,
Radu
