Assuming you now have access to https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/DMAP you can configure components and issue types there - components are at https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/DMAP/components IIRC changing issue types is more complicated as that touches the workflow, maybe just creating components is good enough. > Can guests submit issues?
