Thanks for looking into this, someone found out what the problem was and
posted it on the experienced user forum on e-smith.org.  I was not
understanding that when you setup an ibay the password that you set on that
Ibay was the password that is expected to access it if "password required"
has been checked.  I was under the understanding that Ibay access, via web,
was able to use the group/user membership for access.  I think this might be
something to have added to the manual.  I think it would be an awesome
update to be able to have users access level permission for accessing the
ibays via the web.  Such as a portion of your company web site where you can
allow access by adding a user to a group.  Thanks again guys for the great
work. I love seeing this product evolve.   I don't have the programming
aptitude but I will share my ideas and suggestions.
