This is how I do the net install for RH7 and 7.1 with a quick and dirty
mod for e-smith.
It is not tested for e-smith, I will test it when I get to my lab,
If someone beats me to it or knows better please come forward.

Put the 4.1.2 image on a local web server (your e-smith).
/home/e-smith/files/users/brian/
Make a directory for the mounted image. mkdir /home/e-smith/files/primary/html/e-smith
Mount the image.
# mount -t iso9660 -o ro,loop=/dev/loop0
/home/e-smith/files/users/brian/e-smith-4.1.2.iso
/home/e-smith/files/primary/html/e-smith
The netboot disk is made from a RedHat distribution it is in disk 1
/IMAGES/BOOTNET.IMG
Call the Red Hat Directory: /e-smith (you can check this from a web browser)
Should load linux and start install.
