Justin,

Here is a bandwidth mod that you can use with Apache. Does anyone know if
it is included with the current Apache.

Subject: [e-smith-devinfo] Bandwidth Throttling

Has anyone seen a package or can conceive of a way to throttle bandwidth in
a hosting scenario using the Virtual domain as the argument?

ie.

primary domain - 20%
virutaldomain1 - 10%
virtualdomain2 - 5%

etc.

Thanks,

Justin
