Primary, I propose a way to easily timestamp and update content. Additionally, the methodology keeps people out of each other's name space. Regarding updating files, I saw the date based redirects discussion. The method I propose completely replaces the old file and propagates the new one through the system, but is NOT an easy kluge or modification to the existing system.
