Who would be responsible for the unrequest?  Could this be used to censor certain key
data?  Lets say the MPAA decides to search freenet for 'DeCSS' and then issue 
unrequests

While something like this is needed, it also poses new problems...  kind of a catch 
22. 
How do you strike the balance between avoiding manipulation of the published meta data,
while also attempting to prevent spamming and other abuses using such feedback...

I appologize for the mass of requests, but you have all caught me on a verbose day. 
Decentralized searching is also my favorite topic of the moment, and is incredibly
complex.  So I hope that this dialogue is at least useful.
